If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will not be able to refund any deposit or prepayment made. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we will be happy to refund your deposit.
